TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. A deposit is required on booking. If conformation form is not received within 7 days it will be assumed booking is cancelled

2. A charge of 10% will be made for cancellations, or if insufficient time to re-let accommodation is given, we reserve the right to charge the full deposit.

3. Apartment should be available by 3.00pm on the day of arrival , and is to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.

4. The property must be used only by the number of persons as stated on reservation form.

5. The holidaymaker will be responsible for all damage or loss which occurs during occupation, they will also be expected to leave the property in the same state of repair, condition and cleanliness as when they arrived. The owner reserves the right to charge for any damages that may occur.

6. Should the holidaymaker abuse the property and/or display rude or offensive behaviour the owner reserves the right to terminate the booking forthwith without compensation.

7. Sorry no pets allowed. No smoking in bedroom or kitchen areas.

8. We reserve the right to change our tariff without notice.

9. Final payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival
