Terms & Conditions

1. A deposit of 25% is required upon booking. If conformation is not received within 14 days it will be assumed that the booking has been cancelled.
2. A charge of 10% will be made for cancellations, or if insufficient time to re-let accommodation is given, we reserve the right to charge the full deposit.
3. The flat will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival, and is to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
4. The property must be used only by the number of adults as stated on your reservation form.
5. The holiday maker will be responsible for all damage or loss which occurs during occupation, they will also be expected to leave the property in the same state of repair, condition and cleanliness as when they arrived. The owner reserves the right to charge for any damage that may occur.
6. Should the holidaymaker abuse the property and/or display rude of offensive behaviour the owner reserves the right to terminate the booking forthwith without compensation.
7. The flat is non-smoking.
8. Sorry, pets are not allowed.
9. We reserve the right to change our tariff without notice.
10. Final payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
