Three the parade is situated at the picturesque harbour of West Bay (Broadchurch) near Bridport Dorset This self contained ground floor apartment is very homely and is only 100 yds away from the sea front and the world famous Jurassic Coast.
	The area offers many different opportunities for relaxation, including Fishing, Walking, Cycling, Golfing, Swimming and relaxing on the beach. If you enjoy shopping then Bridport town has many shops, many that sell local produce. There is also a street market which is held every Saturday & Wednesday. Bridport also has a museum for those who would like to learn the history of the local area. Recently West Bay has appeared on ITV in the series Broadchurch, which stars David Tenant and Pauline Quirke. The filming took place on the beach and harbour area.

	The apartment has a lounge/diner, kitchenette bathroom with shower over the bath & double bedroom. it is also fitted with all the mod cons with television and DVD in the lounge and television in the bedroom, Heating. Electricity & all linen is included. the apartment also has a small garage, and overlooks a well kept communal garden

the kitchenette has microwave, fridge, hob & oven so you can cook if you wish or better still treat yourself and eat out at one of the many restaurants or pubs which offer a variety of dishes with many offering fresh seafood.
